Firearms legal in Virginia state parks

It is now legal to openly carry firearms in Virginia’s state parks. The change stems from an Executive Order from Bob McDonnell instructing the Department of Conservation and Recreation to not enforce the ban. The opinion was requested by Attorney General Ken Cuccinelli.
