Halleran named as College’s fifth Provost

Michael R. Halleran, former Dean of the College of Arts and Sciences at the University of Miami, has been named as the fifth Provost in College history.

Halleran, whose nomination must be approved by the College of William and Mary’s Board of Visitors during their April meeting, will succeed current Provost Geoff Feiss. Feiss is stepping down at the end of the school year. He has served as the College’s provost since 2003.
