Planning Commission decides against 4-person proposal

Members of the Williamsburg Planning Commission reached a consensus Wednesday evening that a proposed four-person rule would not be included in their recommendation to the Williamsburg City Council.

At their next work session, the planning commission plans to apply elements of PCR 09-017 to the current ordinance, which prevents more than three unrelated people from sharing a housing unit.

The Flat Hat will be continuing its coverage of the planning commission’s meeting in Friday’s issue.
