Professor Emeritus Dr. G. William (Bill) Bullock, Jr. died Thursday, July 29. He retired from William and Mary in 1992 after serving over 40 years in higher education, 25 of those years at the College.
He was a central figure in the graduate School of Education and taught several courses in supervision, administrative theory, educational law, and organizational behavior.
Bullock held a master’s and doctoral degree in educational administration from the University of Virginia and was a member of the United States Marine Corps.
