City releases draft of annual goals list

The City of Williamsburg released a draft of its biennial “Goals, Initiatives and Outcomes” list Friday.

The 2011-2012 list covers 76 initiatives within 10 goal areas, including Community Engagement, Economic Vitality and Transportation.

According to City Manager Jack Tuttle, comments from the Sept. 15 community workshop on the list were incorporated into the draft, and are listed at the end.

Williamsburg City Council will review the draft at a Nov. 1 meeting, and community responses and comment are welcome. Council members will vote to adopt the final draft of the goal list Nov. 12.
