Virginia Attorney General Ken Cuccinelli made his case for the unconstitutionality of the Obama administration’s health care reform bill, yesterday. U.S. District Judge Henry Hudson said that he would make a ruling in this case before the end of the year. Cuccinelli and attorneys from the Justice Department argued for two and a half hours regarding whether the Commercial Clause covers mandated healthcare.
