Juvenile Correctional Campuses Renamed to Honor Late Senator

Gov. Bob McDonnell, R-Va., is consolidating high schools at each Department of Juvenile Justice correctional center and re-naming them Miller High School in honor of the late Sen. Yvonne B. Miller, D-Norfolk. Miller was an educator and the first African-American woman elected to both the House of Delegates and the Virginia Senate. She passed away this past July.
