The Greater Williamsburg Tourist Information Center opened Tuesday, offering hotel, map, and attraction resources to visitors of the Williamsburg area.
The center’s location (off Route 60 in the Village Shops at Kingsmill) was chosen with the intention of attracting visitors who might normally drive past the destination on their way to other places like Virginia Beach, President of the Williamsburg Hotel and Motel Association Chris Canavos said.
