Jessee Vasold’s ’11 running mate Kim Green ’13 dropped out of the race for Student Assembly vice president Saturday and was replaced by Caitlin Goldblatt ’11 a day later.
“Kim has dropped out,” Vasold said. “She just had to prioritize herself as a student at the College of William and Mary.”
Vasold and Green had announced their candidacies Thursday after the SA extended the deadline to declare due to a lack of student interest in some positions. Goldblatt’s entry came on the final day in which candidates were eligible to make changes to their ticket.
SA Deputy Chief of Staff Chrissy Scott ’11 and SA Sen. Ben Brown ’11 are also running for SA president.
