In case you’re planning on taking a year or two off, Northern Virginia Community College announced Wednesday that it will take part in a $15 million nationwide program to help adults complete unfinished degrees. Funded by an Indianapolis-based non-profit, the Lumina Foundation, the initiative offers a series of grants designed to make college more accessible. NVCC was given a $250,000 grant to add 20 new sites to its campus.
