The Virginia Gazette reported that four homes in Kingsmill have been burglarized in the past four months. “In [all] cases, someone reportedly entered the residence at night while the residents were asleep,” James City County policeman Stephen Rubino said. The robbers reportedly took small objects such as wallets, laptops, other electronics and prescription drugs. Kingsmill Police sent out an email to homeowners urging them to ensure their homes and vehicles are secure.
