Former Miss Virginia Caressa Cameron won the Miss America 2010 pageant Saturday night, trouncing 53 hopefuls.
According to Today Online, highlights from Cameron’s performance include when she sang Beyonce’s “Listen” and encouraged parents to prevent childhood obesity by limiting exposure to television and video games.
