Colonial Williamsburg’s revolutionary story will soon be available to listeners in Iran.

The Farsi branch of the Voice of America radio and television service will begin broadcasting the new film “Under the Redcoat,” interviews and speeches of CW interpreters.

The film’s producers say that the new broadcasts are designed to present a more accurate picture of American history and news to the people of the Middle East.

Iran has attempted to block similar broadcasts in the past.
