Drug substitute found at local high schools

Further intensifying efforts to outlaw the controversial marijuana substitute, Spice has been found at Jamestown and Warhill High School in the last week. While Spice is not illegal the WJC Code of Student Conduct forbids the use of “imitation controlled substances.” “The emergence of Spice is alarming,” JHS principal Chuck Wagner said.
