Awkward: W&M fails to make list of top “Socially Awkward Student” colleges
A panel of “experts” from InsideCollege.com compiled a list of the top colleges and universities for “A Socially Awkward Student.” The College was, remarkably, absent from the list – schools included Marist College, Quinnipiac University and Carnegie Mellon University. The College of William and Mary students responded to the piece by continuing to avoid eye contact with strangers, pretending to check their phones to avoid conversations and stammering when talking to their attractive teaching assistants.
