Valuable Bike Stolen from Bikes Unlimited

According to the Virginia Gazette, a team of three people stole a Bianchi road bike valued at $7,200 from Bikes Unlimited in the Williamsburg Shopping Center last week. One person distracted the two workers in the back of the store while another person on a cell phone held the store’s door open so that the entrance bell wouldn’t ring. The third person then walked out of the store with the bike. Footage from the store’s security camera was posted to YouTube, and the owners of Bike Beat in Monticello Marketplace reported that the same group of people looked in their store for a length of time without buying anything.
