In its first session of the semester your Student Assembly unanimously passed the Tribal Fever Act, allocating $1,000 from the consolidated reserve to fund a 100-student field trip to the U.Va. football game on Saturday. Kudos to Tribal Fever for raising the other four grand. Check it out here.
Oddly enough, the only piece of new business that I didn’t mention in my column yesterday turned out to be the only bill that was passed tonight. Whether or not Senate Chairman Ben Brown ’11 was going to try to get these bills passed and decided not to because of the aforementioned column, I can’t say. Either way, it’s probably good to give it a week. There’s a lot of code to think about.
