The Center for College Affordability has released a 234-page manuscript full of proposals to reduce the cost of college. Among the ideas recommended are encouraging more students to attend community college, promoting dual enrollment programs, reforming expensive tenure policies, offering three-year bachelor’s degrees, reducing the cost of textbooks, increasing teacher workloads, creating more online classes and digitalizing library archives.
