Bad news for middle school drug users. Synthetic marijuana and bath salts that may be used to get high are now illegal in Virginia. Gov. McDonnell signed the bill last week after the General Assembly voted unanimously to outlaw the use of the chemically treated, smokable leaves, which are known by names such as Spice and K2 and bath salts that are snorted or smoked as a hallucinogen.
