Looking to change your license plate to dodge parking fines? A new tax deductible opportunity is now being offered by the College of William and Mary and the Virginia Department of Motor Vehicles with the Griffin vanity license plate. The Griffin, while evidently still pants-free, began being offered this past winter. The plates graced by the Griffin will also kick back $15 each into College scholarship funds.
