Both Governor Bob McDonnell and Attorney General Ken Cuccinelli will be speaking at the annual Conservative Political Action Conference in mid-February, The Washington Post reported. Cuccinelli will receive the “Defender of the Constitution Award” at the event. The yearly conference is a gathering of conservative activists, lobbyists and politicians and will be held February 9 to 11 in Washington.
