City Council will meet twice this week as Williamsburg budget talks begin. The city and school budgets will be presented to the council Monday, according to the Williamsburg Yorktown Daily. Thursday, an open forum will allow citizens to share their opinions on the budget, along with the proposed changes to the downtown area’s ordinances.
